Requirements for Membership
1. Share Holder
2. Entrance Fee - Php 50,000.00
3. Entrance Fee (Child of 10 years & up De Numero, Supernumerario & Senior members) - Php 25,000.00
4. Pictures 2 x 2 - 2 pcs.
5. Birth Certificate
6. Marriage Certificate (for married applicant)
7. Must be endorsed by two (2) De Numero members

Requirements for Junior Membership
1. Birth Certificate
2. 2 x 2 Picture - 1 pc.
3. must be endorsed by your parent-member and a voting, non-voting,and senior member.

Corporations / Partnerships
1. Entrance Fee - Php 100.000.00
2. Incorporation and partnership papers, for corporate accounts - should be certified true copies from the issuing government agency.
3. Special authorizations for representatives must be duly notarized.
4. Certificate of Registration, including Articles of Corporation or Certificate of Partnership, copies of the By-Laws and latest General Infromation Sheet.
5. Sworn certification as of existence or non-existence of beneficial owners.
6. Appropriate director's resolutions and signed application forms or account opening authority.
7. For companies registered outside the Philippines, comparable documents are to be obtained, duly authenticated by the Philippine Consulate where said companies are located.

Change of Signatory Requirements
1. Secretary Certificate
2. Board Resolution
3. Birth Certificate
4. Marriage Certificate (for married)
5. 2 x 2 picture - 1 pc.
6. Fee - Php 7,500.00
